One (1) Year Electronic Board Warranty Terms:
- Superior Gate Controls warrants that all electronic board repairs shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the customer invoice.
- This warranty applies to boards repaired stored, installed, handled, operated, or otherwise used under normal conditions.
- All warranties are by Superior Gate Controls, not the manufacturer.
- Shipping of boards returned under warranty shall be the responsibility of the customer.
- If Superior Gate Controls determines the returned board cannot be repaired the customer shall be issued a refund of the amount invoiced for the original repair.
- This warranty does not include labor associated with board replacement. After a warranty repair, the replacement board is warranted for the remainder of the 90-day period. Repaired boards will be returned to the customer at the manufacturer's expense. Boards sent in for warranty repair that are not faulty, will be returned with a $25 charge for testing and shipping. The 1-year warranty period begins on the date of installation. The warranty registration card must be returned within 30 days of installation, and signed by the installer, or the warranty is void.
The following conditions will void the warranty and add repair charges:
- Board is physically damaged.
- Repair has been attempted outside the factory.
- Weather related damages.
